Siding and Ramp replacement at congregate housing facility 309 Hamilton St. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline Jul 11, 2024 GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK A. The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Demolition of an existing exterior wood ramp, deck and stair, including all rails, guards, posts and footings and the construction of a new, longer, wood framed sloped walkway. 2. Installation of new fan-fold insulation, vinyl siding and brakemetal flashings over the existing siding and trim, with related minor repairs to deteriorated wood siding and trim components. 3. Removal of an existing exterior concrete staircase, chain link gate and portions of asphalt driveway and curbing, to accomplish the work described above. Restoration of disturbed landscape and pavement. 4. Painting of an existing exterior deck system. 5. Revisions to an existing Fire Department Connection (FDC) for the building sprinkler system. 6. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
