Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Smithville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed work, hereinafter called the work, includes: Construction of approximately 2,127 Sq. Yds. of concrete sidewalk, 90 Sq. Yds. of concrete curb ramps, 887 Lin. Ft. of concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, 1,120 Sq. Yds. of 6 and 8 concrete pavement, 3 curb inlets, 95 Lin. Ft. of storm sewer (sizes 15 & 18), retaining walls. The City of Smithville reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri 2024 Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening The DBE Goal for this project is 5%. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this Project.
