Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Norwell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Asphalt Repair Project. Repair school driveway and parking lot. Scope of work and plans can be requested by emailing kbingham@sscps.org. Questions about the project can be addressed to Wayne Heuer at wheuer@sscps.org. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Scope of Work o Repair driveway and parking lot asphalt areas highlighted in yellow. o Image 1: 50' of curb to be removed and replaced o Image 2: 3' x 6' patch repair o Image 3: 6' x 8' patch repair o Image 4: 5' x 1I patch repair o Image 5: 6' x 12' and 4' x 8' patch repair o Image 6:10' x 10' patch repair o Image 7:1I x 5' x 8' triangle patch repair o Image 8: Loose curb on site (7 - 8 pieces) to be removed o Contractor must include a new material compaction step to increase asphalt density. o Contractor must provide proper adhesion of new material to existing asphalt. Standard of Work o Contractor responsible for all necessary permitting and fees. o Contractor must pay prevailing wages. o Contractor must be OSHA certified. o All work to be done in a workmanship like manner. o Hours available to work Monday-Friday 6am to 3:00pm. o Work to be done on a mutually agreed upon date by August 16, 2024.
