The project involves closure of a cesspool and installation of a new septic system at TMK (2) 5-2-017:022 located in Hoolehua, Molokai, Hawaii. Improvements include backfilling of an existing cesspool, open trenching for new sewerline installation and closure/removal of existing sewerline, excavation for the installation of septic tank and absorption field, excavation for waterline relocation, and other improvements for site restoration and safety operations. Molokai Veterans Cemetery Septic Systems Estimated Construction cost is between $130,000 to $200,000 No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security: cash, a cashier's check, or a certified check on a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or a bidder's bond executed by an approved surety insurer, made payable to the Director of Finance in the manner, form, and amount required by Section 1030-323 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. The proposal guaranty shall be equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submitted *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
