The purpose of this tender is to solicit unit rate bids at a price per tonne for the supply, delivery, treating/mixing and stockpiling OPSS compliant Winter Sand for the 2024 and 2025 winter seasons. Sand material supplied under this contract will support winter maintenance operations at the Milverton, Stratford, Mitchell and Rannoch (Perth South) Yards. The salt required for treating/mixing under this contract will be provided by the County.
