A2H will be responsible for professional design and consulting services necessary for the Oxford Conference Center Reroof located in Oxford, MS. The City of Oxford will receive sealed bids for the re-roofing of portions of the Oxford Conference Center. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Oxford, Mississippi, in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and payment bonds and evidence of insurance will be required at the signing of the contract. It is recommended that all potential bidders visit the project site to understand the scope of work, the existing conditions and where the work will be performed. All parties considering visiting the site walk-thru will be responsible for ensuring they do not have a fever, been around someone exhibiting symptoms of the COVID-19 virus or come in contact with someone exhibiting the symptoms. All individuals entering the facility will be required to provide and wear the proper protective equipment at the minimum the wearing of gloves and a face shield. No more than four individuals at a time will be allowed into the facility and each one will exercise the six-foot social distancing guidelines.
