Reference number: 20003908 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-07-08 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 13 The Municipality of Saint-Valère requires bids for the completion of asphalting work on Rang de la Coupe over a distance of approximately 1,320 meters. The works include, but are not limited to, the installation of a single layer over 1,320 m and the installation of an optional 320 m resurfacing layer The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, nor any of the bids received, and it declines all liability with regard to any of the Bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipal Council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its Council. A bid guarantee of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid.
