The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the construction of lift station improvements including the procurement and installation of two (2) 12 MGD vertical end suction centrifugal pumps, a new meter vault, replacement of two air handling units with 30-ton units, and lift station site, electrical, I&C, and additional HVAC improvements. The project also includes the construction of approximately 16,150 LF of 42" FRP pressure pipe force main and appurtenances. The OPCC range for this project is $20m - $30m. Questions Due Date: Jul 26th 2024, 5:00 PM CDT *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Work will be substantially completed on or before 550 Days after the Notice to Proceed and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before 610 Days after the Notice to Proceed
