For the following requested scope of work, concrete sidewalk replacement shall be standard 3500# at 21 days with 7% air entrainment, 5" thick with 6" x 6" x 10" x 10" WWF on 4: compacted aggregate base, sized to match the adjacent pad size, either 4; 5; or 6; pad width unless directed otherwise. Concrete curb repair shall be standard 3500# at 21 days with 7% air entrainment standard MDOT 24" curb with 3 #4 reinforcing bars unless directed otherwise.
