1. Provide labor and material for installation of New York 60 Ton YLAA, similar or superior. Enclosure and connections must accommodate replacement chiller with no alterations 2. Lock-out and tag-out the existing Chiller's electrical line voltage. 3. Power Connection "SP circuit breaker with lockable handle 65k SCWR" or similar 4. Disconnection of existing chiller, piping and electrical connections. 5. Existing chill water pumps are to be removed, legally disposed of and replaced with "Pump B Kit. Replacement pumps must be similar to pump kit B . SC Equipment Board 6. Electronic expansion valves 7. Post coated microchannel coils 8. High Ambient kit to be included 9. Unit must be insulated per manufacturers specifications 10. Installed unit must comply with energy efficiency standard set by the Florida Building Code, municipal codes and all federal regulations 11. Existing non-operational Chiller's refrigerant will be recovered as per EPA guidelines. 12. All hoisting work is included and to be performed on a Saturday. Full shutdown of system is required.. 13. Disposal of unit will be performed according to existing EPA standards. 14. The blocking off of the designated work area will be coordinated with customer and is owner's responsibility. 15. Chiller will be connected to existing piping and electrical. No electrical upgrades. 16. Piping insulation is included. 17. Required engineered mechanical and electrical drawings are included. 18. Mechanical and electrical permit is included. 19. Start-up of Chiller is included. 20. Refrigerant Warranty (18 months) 21. Parts warranty of no less than 126 months Estimated Cost $240,000.00
