The Will County Community Health Center requires significant interior renovations on the lower level to accommodate the new Call Center Suite. The renovated space will feature six (6) new private offices and an open area for eight (8) new cubical work areas. Work required for this project will take place within a fully operational building. Therefore, installation of temporary partitions, sufficient to ontain debris, dust and mitigate noise, along with the full scope of demolition, must occur between the hours of 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The remaining scope of work for this project can be performed from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Operational areas within the building adjacent to the work area will be protected as required to avoid unintentional damage. These areas, including but not limited to corridors, vestibules, the elevator, etc. shall be always kept clear of debris and clean for the duration of the project. A 10% Bid Bond or Cashier's Check made payable to the Will County Treasurer MUST accompany your bid, or it will not be considered. Money Orders or Company checks will not be accepted. The Right of the County of Will to Reject All Bids, and to Waive Non-material Informality or Irregularity in Any Bid Received in Whole or Part as May Be Specified in the Solicitation.
