Dickinson State University - Agricultural Building and Indoor Arena JE Dunn, as Construction Manager, is taking bids for the Agriculture Building and Indoor Arena project at Dickinson State University. The project will contain a 10,505 SF renovation to the existing agriculture building and a 48,083 SF addition and renovation to the existing rodeo arena. The scopes of work in BP 2 for which we are accepting bids are: Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Miscellaneous Metals (Supply & Install), Rough & Finish Carpentry, Architectural Wood Casework, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Doors & Hardware (Supply & Install), Coiling Counter Doors, Sectional Doors, Drywall, Tile, Acoustic Ceilings, Carpet & Resilient Flooring, Specialties, Equine and Livestock Equipment, Window Shades, Fire Suppression, Mechanical (Plumbing & HVAC), Electrical, Earthwork, Utilities, Site Paving, and Landscaping. All bidders must be licensed for the full amount of the bid per sections. If not, the bid will be rejected, and the contract awarded to the next lowest responsible bidder. The Bid Proposal Form and Scope of Work included in JE Dunn Front End Specifications should be filled out correctly. After all bids are opened and read out loud, JE Dunn shall then evaluate the bids, at a later date, and determine which is the most responsible. The Governing body reserves the right to reject any and all bids based on past experiences with a subcontractor or a current legal dispute with a subcontractor, and/or rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received.
