Sodium Permanganate September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025 The District is exempt from Federal Excise Taxes and will provide an exemption certificate as required. The District is subject to Nebraska and City sales tax; however, do not include this tax in your bid. All factors including but not limited to the above will be taken into consideration when determining the lowest and best bid. It is the District's intent to award the bid on the overall total bid. We reserve the right to reject or accept any or all items and/or any or all bids. The Metropolitan Utilities District is a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska and qualifies for any governmental or state agency discounts. The state of Nebraska has a reciprocal preference law, which states in part, that where bids are of equal price and quality, the contract or sale must go to the resident bidder.
