Municipal Campus- Proposed Sidewalk Addition Question Deadline 07/12/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Online Portal A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) shall be submitted within ten (10) days from the date a bid has been accepted. SCOPE OF THE WORK. The Contractor shall, under this Contract, supply all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary for the proper execution of the following general items of work, according to the intent of these Technical Specifications and the accompanying Contract Plans for the Project: The Pidcock Company is the Site Design Engineer for this project and as such, is the only preparer ofthe Site Construction Plans and Technical Specifications for the Site Construction for the Municipal Campus Proposed Sidewalk Additions (including, but not limited to, sidewalk, grading, topsoiling, seeding, mulching, curb ramps, striping, signage, and LANTA bus stop pad), etc. LANTA bus stop shelter is not covered by the Site Construction Plans and Technical Specifications prepared by The Pidcock Company.
