The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Auditorium Upgrades including, but not limited to the following: a.) Replacement of ceilings and lighting. b.) Replacement of interior wall, floor and ceiling finishes. c.) Stage modifications for infill and reinforcement. d.) Replacement of audience seating. e.) Replacements of Aluminum Storefront Systems. f.) Replacement of stair treads, risers, and handrails. g.) Replacement of theater and stage rigging, lighting, and equipment. h.) Sound/Lighting Booth alterations. i.) Acoustical Treatments. j.) Brick/Masonry infill. k.) Refinishing of existing wood paneling. l.) Installation of Audio/Visual Equipment. m.) Roof-Top units for heating, cooling, and ventilation of Auditorium and Stage. n.) Abatement of transite wall panels at rear wall of Auditorium. B. Type of Contract 1.
