Bridge Maintenance 2024. Sealed bids for bridge maintenance work for three bridges. Work includes concrete repair, sidewalk replacement, rip-rap placement, asphalt repair, and joint sealing. Question Deadline 07/12/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions Due Date Online. Estimated Contract Value: $100,000.00 Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the City of York in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. City of York reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
