BACKGROUND Briefly stated, District is seeking experienced and proven firms to provide program and construction management services for District's Measure "J" and Measure "R" Bond Program and projects thereunder. This RFQ/P defines the services sought and generally outlines District's requirements. At this time District is requesting only qualifications from respondents interested in being considered for Program and construction management services for the projects compromising the Program and construction management of projects that comprise the Program. The PM/CM will perform both Program Management and Construction Management Services for the Program. However, at its sole discretion, District may hire a third-party construction manager to perform construction management services for discrete Program projects. Answers will be posted on the District website by 3:00 p.m. on July 24, 2024.
