Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
THE SCOPE OF WORK consists of construction of 11 & 66 space parking lots; concrete walks; multi-use path; drainage and erosion control; electric, gas & water utilities including fire department connections; lighting; landscaping & irrigation; site amenities; and other related work. construction of parking lots, riverwalk, fdc/hc, paving, earthwork, aggregate base, clearing, lighting, and other related items the bid is submitted before the bid deadline. EACH BIDDER MUST FURNISH a bid guaranty either in the form of (1) a bond for the full amount of the bid or (2) a certified check, cashier's check or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid with its bid. The successful bidder must furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond. No bidder may withdraw its bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. THE BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS OF THE METROPOLITAN PARK DISTRICT OF THE TOLEDO AREA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bidding.
