*As of August 26, 2024 this project has been awarded to Tennessee Valley Paving for $1,899,568.78* ITEM- Resurfacing the following streets: Chester Rd, Horn Tavern Rd, Old Nashville Hwy, Crow Cut Rd, Northwest Hwy, Glenhaven St, Taylor Rd, and Castleberry Farms. No submitted bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time of the receipt of bids. The City of Fairview reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to re-advertise. This invitation to bid does not represent a commitment or offer by City to enter into a contract, or other agreement with the bidder. The bid and any information made a part of the bid will become a part of the City's official files without any obligation on City's part to return it to the individual proposer.
