Renovation of an educational facility in Claremore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Plans call for the renovation of the existing 5,400 square foot cafeteria. Direct all inquiries to the construction manager. Scope of Work 2.1 Subcontractors Work. The Subcontractor shall perform and install the Work in strict accordance with this Subcontract and the Contract Documents, and shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, superintendence, tools, and other items which may be necessary or appropriate for the complete, timely, and proper installation of the Work. 2.2 Contract Documents. The Contract Documents consist of this Subcontract and the Exhibits attached hereto, the General Contract, the Conditions of the General Contract (general, supplementary, special and other conditions), the Plans and Specifications, and all Addenda issued prior to and all Modifications issued after execution of the General Contract and agreed upon by the parties to this Subcontract. The Contract Documents form the Subcontract and are as fully a part of the Subcontract as if attached to this Subcontract. The Contract Documents have been completely and fully reviewed by the Subcontractor, including those documents identified in Exhibits A and The Subcontractors right to payment is exclusively governed by this Subcontract irrespective of any provisions relating to such rights in any other Contract Document. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 7-17-2024.
