Reference Number 0000356184 The City of Westminster is soliciting bids for replacement of curb gutter, sidewalk, and asphalt repair in the Trailside Subdivision. The work to be done under this contract consists of mill and overlay, patching prior to overlay, and application of pavement markings. This contract will also include work to overlay water main break trenches. Question Deadline 07/08/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All Questions must be submitted online via online no later than the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Events. Answers to all questions will be posted on online and will be available to view by all Parties. It is the City's intention to award this Contract for a term of five (5) years. The initial Contract will be one (1) year, with four (4), 1-year renewals. Any additional Contract extensions shall be in accordance with the City's Procurement Policy Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The City reserves the right to postpone or cancel this IFB, or reject all bids, if determined to be in the best interest of the City.
