As of September 13, 2024 project was awarded to Brink Constructors, Inc., awarded amount is $3,416,932.14. 345 kV and 115 kV TRANSMISSION LINE CONSTRUCTION for the new Olive Creek 345 kV Substation, Bids not in accordance with "Instruction to Bidders" in the Contract Documents may be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, irrevocable letter of credit, or bid bond, or a term bid bond must be on file with the DISTRICT. The DISTRICT will award the Contract to the responsible Bidder(s) who submit(s) the lowest and best bid(s), or it may reject all bids. Should the Bidder have questions concerning the Contract Documents, they shall direct their questions to Greg Trofholz, Procurement Specialist, at (402) 563-5357, or by e-mail at gatrofh@nppd.com .
