Replacement of skylights at the Surrey RCMP Main Detachment. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for proponents to provide comprehensive architectural and building envelope engineering design services including construction administration, hand over and closeout for the project has closed and a preferred proponent has been chosen. The Services should include but not be limited to all aspects of: (a) Professional building envelope and architectural design and review as required for scope of work; (b) The need for professional structural, mechanical, electrical and fire protection consulting engineering is not anticipated; (c) It is assumed skylight and glazing supply will include Model Schedule S-B assurances for additional structural and supporting architectural engineering; (d) Budget costing; and (e) Value engineering if required to suit budget. Services directly engaged by City: (f) Environmental hazmat consultant's pre-demolition assessment reporting. Further update in late fall 2024. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
