BP021 Multi Campus Renovations- Package A Fort Bend ISD (FBISD) is a K-12 public school district in Fort Bend County serving a student enrollment of over 80,000. The district currently consists of 83 campuses and multiple administrative sites. The intention of this Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) is to solicit proposals for Bond 2023 project BP021 which includes interior renovations for Kickstart, Special Education, and CTE programs as well as miscellaneous interior/exterior renovations at multiple campuses. The estimated construction cost of work for this project is Eight Million, Five Hundred Thousand Dollars. ($8,500,000.00) FBISD has set an annual SBEP participation goal of twenty-five (25%) percent of the dollar amount of all SBEP-Eligible contracts. FBISD recognizes that individual actual participation may vary based on subcontracting opportunities, availability of small businesses, and price competitiveness.
