Site work for a power facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
This scope of work involves relocating the old T171 transformer at the 8th & N Substation to the Kevin Wailes Operation Center. This includes all aspects involved with picking, setting, rigging, and transport of the transformer. All oil and accessories have already been removed from the transformer in preparation for the move. Transformer Information: Weight - 158,000 lbs (measured by crane setting new transformer onsite) Length - 222.5 in Width - 128.5 in Height - 184 in 8th & N Substation: The transformer is currently located at the 8th & N Substation, 155 S 8th St, Lincoln, NE 68508. This is an active substation, so any coordination and/or outages in the substation will need to be made ahead of time. Kevin Wailes Operations Center: The transformer will be set on a new foundation at the Kevin Wailes Operations Center, 9445 Rokeby Rd, Lincoln, NE 68526. Access will be through the main receiving gate on the east side of the property. Communications and technical questions concerning this Bid shall be submitted using the LES Online Procurement System.
