Engineer's Estimate: $1,377,051.50 Description of Work The project consists of installing concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, RRFBs, and pavement construction along Dennison Avenue from Pinon Street to Tehachapi Boulevard. Additionally, the project includes the removal and installation of signing and striping improvements, installation of concrete curb ramps, installation of storm drain infrastructure, concrete transition sidewalks, and other various improvements. DBE Goal 11% Each bid shall be submitted on a form furnished as part of the Contract Documents and must be accompanied by cash, a cashiers check, a certified check, or a Bidders bond executed by an admitted surety insurer, or substitute pursuant to Section 995.710 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in an amount not less than 10% of the amount of the bid, made payable to the order of or for the benefit of the CITY. The City Council of the CITY reserves the right to select the schedule(s) under which the bids are to be compared and contract(s) awarded, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any and all irregularities in any bid.
