The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified vendors (respondent) to provide rehabilitation and upgrades to four (4) sewage pumping stations in the Town of Georgina; The work of this project involves the replacement of various deficient components and installation of new components at these four (4) facilities; This work will include, but not be limited to the replacement of: Wet well access hatches; Generator building doors; Various fuel supply and ventilation system components to bring the emergency power generators into compliance with TSSA regulations; As well as the addition of various process instrumentation and control components; Various HVAC components; and External emergency sewage pumping bypass piping. Specific Site Locations The site locations listed below are the locations at which the optional site meeting will be conducted IN THIS ORDER: SPS 1 - Old Homestead: 104 Lake Drive North, Keswick; then SPS 2 - Metropolitan: 52 Metropolitan Crescent, Keswick; then SPS 7 - Terrace: 517 Lake Drive South, Keswick; then SPS 8 - West Park: 687 Lake Drive South, Keswick.
