Site work for a water / sewer project in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes: Elevated storage tank rehabilitation shall include blasting and painting the interior and exterior of a 1,000,000 gallon steel elevated storage tank, steel repairs to the tank, and replacement of tank appurtenances as detailed in the Plans. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY. See Section 19, "Certificate of Interested Parties". It is understood and agreed that the work is to be completed in full either: within One Hundred and Eight Days, (180) calendar days after the date specified in the written Notice to Proceed Estimate: $1,500,000.00 - $1,900,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Please submit questions for this project 72 hours prior to bid opening through Civcast Q&A portal. Any addenda issued for this project will ONLY be posted online.
