Spartanburg County is seeking a qualified vendors for the rehabilitation of the existing structure located at 201 Westchester Place Moore, S.C. 29369. Approximate award date 08/06/2024 05:00 PM Question Deadline 07/18/2024 submit questions by email to Lisa Coleman, Procurement Director, at lcoleman@spartanburgcounty.org. Written questions shall be submitted at least five (5) calendar days prior to Proposals submission date. Proposer shall submit with their proposal a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal price. This bond may be in the form of Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bank Money Order of any national or state bank and shall be made payable to Spartanburg County. The successful proposer, within three (3) working days after acceptance of the proposes offer by the County, shall furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond in the amount of the total proposal price. Spartanburg County Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any Or All Proposals or Parts Thereof, to Give the Proposer the Opportunity to Cure Any Deficiency Resulting From a Minor Informality or Irregularity in a Proposal or Waive Any Deficiency,
