Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project consists of: installation of approximately 380 LF of a new 10-ft wide multi-use trail and a new gravel parking lot. This work includes, but is not limited to, unclassified excavation, placement of base gravel, placement of multi-use trail pavement, installation of chain-link fence, and other miscellaneous items. Days to achieve Substantial and Final Completion. A. The Work at all locations shall be substantially complete within 35 calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions. B. The placement of base gravel, including gravel parking lot,shall be completed byOctober 1st, 2024. C. Final completion of the Work shall be within 14 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the "City of Billings, MT" in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Bids submitted via email shall have the bid bond scanned and included with the bid. Bids submitted via mail or hand delivered shall have any of the bid securities included.
