Project scope shall include the installation of approximately 4,150 LF of 6"-8" PVC waterline; 5,100 LF of 8" PVC gravity sanitary sewer; 3,570 LF of 24"-36" PP storm sewer; and 14,600 SY of 6" reinforced concrete pavement. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening. The project tract covers approximately 357 acres and is located in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of Wilson Road and Adams Flat Road in Waller, Texas. The tract is located approximately 3/4 west of FM 362 and 1-1/4 miles east of FM 359. This phase of the project addresses project infrastructure elements including sanitary, storm and water underground utilities, concrete roadway pavements, stormwater detention pond, recreation center, wastewater treatment plant, water plant and lift station. We considered that the utility burial depths will be from 5 to 15 feet below existing site grades and the 30.8-acre stormwater detention pond will have maximum depth of approximately 15 feet. The lift station will be located at the WWTP location and will have a base slab bearing at approximately 35 to 40 feet below ground surface. For this report, we considered all the structures planned at the wastewater treatment plant will be supported on a crushed concrete/crushed stone fill pad, and the ground storage tank at the water plant will be supported on a ring wall foundation. The 22-acre park/open space along the south property line is not included in the scope of geotechnical work in this report.
