This project includes hiring a contractor to complete the demolition of the existing north gate house at the Chain Lake Dam. This tender will include all labour, tools, equipment and material to complete the removal and remediation. Questions may be asked and description of the Work may be discussed during this meeting, however no minutes of the meeting will be distributed and modifications made by way of addenda to tendering requirements or the Contract Documents shall be binding. .2 Personal protective equipment is required for the site visit (safety boots, hard hats, vests and masks). At its discretion, Halifax Water may deny accessto individualsthat do not have the required personal protective equipment. ** Please note that the awarded price is excluding the provisional amount of $30,000.00 for the Salvaging of the Granite Blocks and the amount of Harmonized Sales Tax.
