The Kenton County Airport Board ("KCAB") is a Kentucky Municipal corporation established pursuant to the provisions of KRS Chapter 183 and is the operator of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport ("CVG") located in Boone County, Kentucky. KCAB is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Program Management/Construction Management Services for the Elevate CVG Program at CVG. These services are intended to enhance the Executive Program Management group with specialized expertise and on-the-ground support during the Elevate CVG program. Elevate CVG is a multi-year Terminal improvement program intended to boost operational efficiency, modernize facilities, and foster an intentional customer-centric experience. Key areas of responsibility under this RFP may include: Project and construction management Design management Quality assurance / inspection Project controls Logistics management Safety management Operational Readiness Activation and Transition (ORAT) Testing and commissioning This RFP may result in the award of multiple contracts to provide Program Management and Construction Management Services, if after considering the proposals submitted, it is in KCAB's best interest to do so. Any contract(s) awarded as a result of this RFP is non-exclusive and KCAB reserves the right to issue individual procurement solicitations for the services listed in this RFP for this and/or any other project.
