Site work for a fire / police facility in Monticello, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility.

Project consists of the demolition and replacement of an existing reinforced concrete apron. Miscellaneous additional work includes select concrete curb replacement. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Project Description: 1. Project consists of the demolition and installation of a new reinforced concrete apron at the Monticello Fire Department Facility site. Other improvements include miscellaneous concrete curb replacement.
