The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform all work associated with the Energy Centre Tender Package #12 (TPE #12) - Exterior Improvements for the Cape Breton Regional Hospital (CBRH) Clinical Services Addition Project, which consists of site work, landscaping, and fuel and propane tanks work for a Stipulated Price Contract, per trade package in accordance with the contract documents.
