It is in operation 24/7. The service life of the security systems is five (5) years. This construction contract (44539465) consists of updating the EBI "Enterprise Buildings Integrator" systems including, but not limited to, the access control system (SCP), the fence detection system (SDC) and the video surveillance system (SSC). The Contractor must replace operator stations, screens, switches, servers, fence detection system with optical fiber, etc. Contracts are awarded to the same successful bidder. The bidders must submit a price for the two (2) contracts Following the construction contract, a maintenance contract (44537578) for a period of three (3) years is an integral part of this call for tenders.
