Renovation of a residential development in Hayward, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The LCO Housing Authority is soliciting bids from Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal members/LCO Tribal member owned businesses, Native American owned contractors and General Contractors for the following: Remove and replace Siding, Windows and Doors on 21 buildings that house 61 Tenants - LCO Reservation, Bidder shall furnish, in accordance with such specifications, all material, labor, and equipment required for the completion of all required work indicated by this proposal. All bidders must use LCOHA Bid Proposal- LCOHA Elder Rehabilitation Project. The Lac Courte Oreilles Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and wave informalities and irregularities in offers received which may be deemed in the best interest of the Lac Courte Oreilles Housing Authority.
