Questions Due Date: Jul 5th 2024, 10:00 AM EDT Every inquiry shall be made through the "Ask a Question" feature in online The Johnstown Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter the "Authority") is accepting Bids for the procurement and installation of conduit and wiring at the Dornick Point Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 241 Asphalt Road, Johnstown Pa. 15906. The proposed project will include, but is not limited to, the installation of conduit and communication wiring, including all necessary supports and bracing as required to support this installation of a SCADA system. Federal, State, and Local Municipal regulations applicable to this type of service shall apply. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals; to accept any bid, to waive any informality or technicality on bids received; to omit any item or items deemed advisable for the best interest of the Authority; or to withhold and/or to abandon the final award of the contract. Bids may be held by the Authority for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualification of the bidders, prior to awarding the contract. No exceptions to the bid shall be permitted. Any bid containing exceptions shall be considered non-responsive.
