Winnebago County is requesting proposals to provide all labor, equipment, and materials for snow removal at the UWO-Fox Cities Campus. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE WINNEBAGO COUNTY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. All proposals submitted shall be binding for ninety (90) calendar days unless the Contractor(s), upon request of the County, agree to the extension. If the Contractor receives this Request for Proposal (RFP) from any source or entity other than the OpenGov website, the Contractor is responsible for contacting the Winnebago County Purchasing Department and requesting the Contractor's name be placed on the County's formal plan holders list for the project. Failure of the Contractor to notify the Purchasing Department in no way obligates the County to deliver addenda or other information concerning the RFP to the Contractor.
