General Construction Contract Asbestos abatement, selective building removals, structural and roofing work associated with mechanical system upgrades. $90,700 - $122,500 Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a scanned Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. Question Deadline 08/08/2025 at 1:00 PM ET. OPRHP reserves the right, with the approval of the New York State Office of the Attorney General and the Office of the State Comptroller, to award a contract to the next highest ranked Bidder of the original bid submission within the first twelve months of the award;
