Project Location: Marshall County Public Library @ Benton, 1150 Birch Street, Benton, KY 42025 In general, the project consists of constructing an amphitheater with pre-engineered canopy, a rubberized walking surface, retaining walls, sidewalks, and fencing. The design includes, but is not necessarily limited to, reinforced concrete footings, C.M.U. walls and foundations, brick veneer, and supporting MPE systems for plumbing/lighting/power. Site design includes earthwork, concrete sidewalks, lighting, supporting utility improvements for water, electrical, and communications. A maximum of two sets may be obtained by refundable deposit. Additional sets over two may be purchased for $250.00 with no refund. Additional shipping charges as determined by Paducah Blueprint will apply. Electronic copies of documents may also be obtained provided one hard copy set as noted above is obtained prior. A nonrefundable amount determined by and payable to Paducah Blueprint shall be required. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
