Project Description: The Project Will Consist Of Renovating An Existing Park To Include A New Walkway, Two (2) New Building Structures, A Playground Area, And An Enhanced Entrance To The Park. Bidding Instructions: All Bids Must Be Submitted On The Form Of Proposal Provided In The Contract Documents. Bid Bonds Will Not Be Required By Bidders. Bids Will Be Sealed With The Description "big Spring Park - Bid Package #" With The Correct Bid Package Number. All Bids Must Be Held For A Period Of 60 Days.
