Land sourcing for tiny homes, new AAFS building to accommodate 75 staff & constructing a complex for youth. The AAFS building will include 65 staff offices, 8 executive offices, be 4-storeys in height, have multiple board rooms, a full kitchen, numerous bathrooms, some equipped with showers, a staff lounge, a gym, a daycare centre & cultural room. The youth building will be 4-storeys, for 40 individuals, TIMELINE: An RFP for design has been issued by the owner. The Agency invites qualified consultants to submit proposals to become our partners in three major initiatives. The scope of work includes sourcing land for and building tiny houses, developing a new AAFS building, and constructing a complex for youth.
