Site work for a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; and water / sewer project.
The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) requires a Site Servicing for the preparation of the site. The site is greenfield with no services attached. As a pre-requisite for construction of the Regina Specialized Long Term Care Home, all major systems and subsystems must be investigated and installed at the site before the construction phase. The services and systems that need to be investigated and installed are the sanitary sewer, storm sewer, potable water, and site grading and materials testing. The site is a 390-acre greenfield located south of Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Regina Saskatchewan.
