Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New River Beach, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project generally involves upgrades to an existing parking lot adjacent to the Beach. The Work will be divided into two phases. The Phase 1 Work includes but is not necessarily limited to excavation; site grading; supply and installation of a planted bioswale; supply and installation of new underground storm sewer pipe, manholes, and headwall; supply and installation of a planted infiltrative swale; supply and installation of timber guiderail, signs and posts; supply and installation of new concrete curb; various landscape restoration including topsoil, sod, hydroseed, and turf reinforcement mat; shouldering in areas marked as 'Phase 1 Shouldering'; placement of base gravels for a future picnic shelter; environmental protection and all work as shown on the Project Drawings. The Phase 2 Work includes but is not necessarily limited to supply and construction of the asphalt paving, line painting, shouldering in areas marked as 'Phase 2 Shouldering', and environmental protection and all work as identified as Phase 2 work on the Project Drawings.
