Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Venues of Arsenal Hill - The Pavilion The Venues of Arsenal Hill - The Pavilion will provide a multi-functional space large enough to accommodate weddings, receptions, conventions, & other gatherings. In the schematic design phase, the architect/engineers will establish the appropriate square footage needs with a sensitivity toward historic requirements for the area. A mastery of historical architectural concepts/designs - such as Palladian Style - will be expected. Description of Professional Services/qualifications Anticipated for Project: Anticipated Services: Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Surveying, Landscape Architectural Services, Geotechnical/civil Engineering (Driveway, Parking Lot, Drainage Design, Utility Connections) Anticipated Construction Cost Range: $8,000,000 to $10,000,000 Licensure: to Be Considered for Selection, Persons or Firms Must Be Properly Licensed in Accordance With the Requirements of Title 40 of the Sc Code of Laws, as Amended at the Time of Resume Submission. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
