As of August 8, 2024, Pheasant Ridge location only was awarded to Patriot Maintenance, Inc. for $31,500.00. The Village of Glendale Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding The Contractor shall at all times comply with all Federal, State and Local Laws, Regulations, and Ordinances. Any complaint, claim or action brought against the Contractor for failing to observe or comply with any law, ordinance, or regulation shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor and shall in no way extend to or expose the Village to liability The general prevailing rate of wages in DuPage County for each craft or type of worker or mechanic needed to execute the contract or perform the work, also the general prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work, as ascertained by the United States Department of Labor, shall be paid for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract or to perform the work. A bid bond, properly certified check, bank draft, cashier's check or letter of credit payable to the Village of Glendale Heights for not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid amount will be required for each bid. 100% Performance and Payment Bond The Village of Glendale Heights will require the successful bidder to furnish a satisfactory performance and labor and material payment bond for the total contract amount of this project. Demolition of existing Basketball Court Remove and haul away 3" of broken asphalt Furnish 1" of CA-6, Compact base and grade/prep as needed for asphalt paving and proper slope Apply 2" of N-50 IDOT approved Binder. Roll asphalt for maximum compaction with a vibratory roller. Apply 1.5" of N-50 IDOT approved Surface. Roll asphalt for maximum compaction with a vibratory roller. Hand tamp edges. Color Coat Blue with white IHSA court striping Contractor shall fracture the existing court/asphalt into two (2) to six (6) inch pieces before install of stone. Install 4" of CA-6 stone base course on top of existing court. Grade new stone for leveling and drainage. Roll compact base to maximum compaction with a vibratory roller. Apply with an asphalt paver, 2" of N-50 IDOT approved Binder. Roll asphalt for maximum compaction with a vibratory roller. Apply with an asphalt machine, 1.5" of N-50 IDOT approved Surface. Roll asphalt for maximum compaction with a vibratory roller. Color Coat Blue with white IHSA court striping Camera Park - 101 E.
