Demolition, site work and addition to a parking garage in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Tarrant County is seeking proposals from qualified construction firms and/or contractors to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk Services, necessary for the construction of the Plaza Parking Garage Expansion. The awarded Construction Manager-At-Risk shall assume the risk for construction of the project, at the contracted price, and provide consultation to the Owner regarding construction during and after any redesign of the project, in accordance with all applicable requirements of the project and all applicable laws. It is the intention of Tarrant County to select a Construction Manager-At-Risk using a one-step selection process for the selection. On-Site Work Hours: Limit work in the existing building beginning at 6:00 p.m. and ending at 6:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, unless otherwise indicated. Question Deadline 07/24/2024 at 12:00 PM CT
