Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority will receive sealed bids from vendors for 36" Ductile Iron Pipe to keep on inventory for pipeline replacement or repairs. The Owner of the project is Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority. The ductile iron pipe shall only be manufactured by American Cast Iron Pipe Company; substitutions are not allowed. Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same. Bids must be signed in ink by a company official that has authorization to commit company resources. The Owner will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any Bidder in the preparation of its proposal in response to this Advertisement for Bids. All bids will remain subject to acceptance for a period of 30 calendar days from the bid opening date, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any bid and return the bid prior to that date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and re-advertise.
