Site work for a mixed-use development in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and swimming pool.
Liquidated Damages $1,000.00 Estimated Bid Value $5,162,200.00 Work shall be completed within one hundred twenty-two (122) Working Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Required Contractor's License Classification: A Q&A Deadline 08/02/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Bidders must direct all questions about the meaning or intent of Bidding Documents to Owner in writing. The project, this project includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, fabrication, equipment, and materials for rehabilitating six (6) existing wells and drilling two (2) new wells. While rehabilitating existing wells and drilling new wells, all work must be phased as to not reduce existing pumping capacity. Owner specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. Revise Project Description to identify base bid work and Add Alternate work. Project Description: This project includes, but not limited to, providing all labor, fabrication, equipment, and materials for work at six (6) existing well sites identified as the base bid work. The construction of up to two (2) new wells as Add Alternate bid items: a) Add Alternate One is to provide a bid for constructing well no. 16. b) Add Alternate Two is to provide a bid for constructing both wells no. 16 and no. 17. While rehabilitating existing wells and drilling new wells, all work must be phased to not reduce existing pumping capacity. The working days for the base bid are 195 days. If either alternate bids are accepted, an additional 80 workdays will be added for a total of 275 workdays.
